• 7:45 a.m. Students arrive in PE uniforms/Jogathon t-shirts
• 8:00 a.m. Mass
• 8:40 a.m. Students eat light breakfast (upper-basement, lower-lower school)
• 9:00 a.m. All students outside
  Lap counters to assigned tables
  Girls go to start tables
• 9:10 a.m. Opening Prayer – Father Flanery
  Upper boys to basement - set up chairs assembly style (Mr. Eddy)
• 9:15-10:15 GIRLS jog 
• 10:15-10:30 Bathroom break for lap counters/boys go to their start tables
• 10:30-11:30 BOYS jog 
• 11:00 pick up pizzas (Mr. Fischer)
• 11:30-11:45 Lap counters tally laps, fill out certificates, add #laps to master sheet, turn in clip boards (Mrs. Pfeiffer)
• 11:45 a.m. Lap total entry (Mrs. Eddy)
  Lunch (outside on field)
• 12:30 p.m. Clean up, students haul tables/chairs to basement (Mr. Eddy)
• 12:45 p.m. Announcements (certificates of lap completion, final total, etc.) 
• 1:00 p.m. Dismissal (lower-lower school, upper-set up tables)
